Membership Services offered regardless of patient’s insurance status.

Physician visits: Physical examinations annually, chronic disease management, sick visits, telehealth consultations
Administrative work: Requesting outside records, facilitating referrals, coordination of care between specialists, ordering labs and diagnostics
Pediatrics: newborn care, well child visits, sick visits, sports physicals
In office diagnostics: Urinalysis, urine pregnancy testing, Point-of-care (POC) strep testing, influenza testing

Services offered at cost unless billable through insurance

Health Maintenance: Referral for ancillary testing to outside testing facilities, DEXA scans, coronary calcium scores, mammography, colonoscopy
Imaging: Patients will be referred to outside radiology facility of their choosing. Some discounted cash price options will be available at local facilities.
Bloodwork: Patients will be referred to LabCorp or local lab facility of their choosing. In office venipuncture charge of $5 per collection may be sent to LabCorp. Discounted cash prices will be available through LabCorp.
In-Office Procedures: Offered directly by Dr Groth will include corticosteroid injections ($25), cryotherapy ($25/session), incision and drainage ($25), and uncomplicated laceration repairs ($50)
Vaccines: Childhood Vaccines recommended by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) are free at the Health Department but will not be offered in office. Annual influenza Vaccines, Pneumococcal Vaccines, tetanus, shingles, RSV may be obtained at local pharmacies or the health department. For travel Vaccines recommendations, patients will be directed to the health department.
Prenatal Care: Dr Groth does not offer prenatal services or deliver infants. He will gladly arrange for services with local OB/midwifery providers of the patient’s choice. He will continue to offer non obstetrical care throughout the pregnancy.
Hormone Replacement Therapy: Women seeking hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or males seeking testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) are medically managed in office. Medications will be filled at local pharmacies.
Health Counseling: Wellness coaching and health counseling are offered in house by Dr Groth including discussions about lifestyle, eating habits, nutrition, physical activity, sleep, hydration.

*** Only services offered through outside facilities (labs, imaging or other diagnostics) are eligible for insurance coverage, since All in Health does not work with insurance companies directly. Prices shown above are the cash price offerings when known and are paid directly to facility at time of service. Actual prices may be subject to change based on supply pricing.
