His board certification authorizes him to practice medicine with a more holistic approach treating the mind, body, and spirit. Many of the services he offers are included in the price of membership while others are provided at extremely low cost.
Dr. Groth's Story
Travis J. Groth completed his bachelor’s degree in biology at Maryville College in his hometown of Maryville, TN in 2006. He then enjoyed a year living on Hilton Head Island waiting tables and fishing daily on the surf and lagoons. He started his medical training at Lincoln Memorial University-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (LMU-DCOM) in Harrogate, TN in 2007 and graduated in the inaugural class in 2011. In 2026 Dr. Groth founded All In Health to bring a new level of care to Blount County.

Health Maintenance
Referral for ancillary testing at outside testing facilities will be offered. Testing includes but is not limited to DEXA scans, coronary calcium scores, mammography, colonoscopy.
Imaging
Patients will be referred to outside radiology facility of their choosing. Some discounted cash price options will be available at local facilities.
Bloodwork
Labs may be drawn in house for members at no additional cost. Patients may also be referred to LabCorp or local lab facility of their choosing. Routine physical labs will be included in membership cost. Additional labs will be offered at a discounted rate.
Vaccines
Recommended childhood vaccines and travel vaccines may be obtained at local health departments.
